By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below—we keep our policy fair and simple, with no hidden fine print, to ensure a positive experience for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, your jewelry must meet all of the following criteria—no exceptions:
- Your return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (per the shipping carrier’s tracking information).
- The jewelry is unused, unworn, and in its original brand-new condition (no tarnish, scratches, bead damage, stretching, or signs of wear; earring backs and all original hardware are intact).
- The jewelry is returned in its original packaging (including all tags, protective sleeves, and gift boxes, if applicable).
- You provide a valid order number and proof of delivery (e.g., shipping carrier tracking screenshot) when submitting your return request.
- Minor handcrafted variations (color, bead placement, slight shape differences) are part of the artistry and are not considered defects—these do not qualify for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Final sale or clearance jewelry (marked as such on the product page and checkout).
- Jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged (including damage from improper care, storage, or handling).
- Jewelry returned after the 14-day return window (no extensions for any reason, including holidays or shipping delays).
- Jewelry returned without its original packaging, tags, or hardware (e.g., missing earring backs).
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces (if applicable).
3. How to Initiate a Return (3 Simple Steps)
A valid Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns—unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
- Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at service@vickiellc.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the jewelry and its original packaging (to confirm condition).
- Receive Your RA Number: We will review your request within 24–48 business hours and issue a unique RA number if your return is eligible. We will also send you our return shipping address (matches our physical address—see Section 9).
- Ship the Jewelry Back: Package the jewelry securely in its original packaging, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping package, and ship it to our Shawnee, OK address. You are responsible for all return shipping costs—we recommend using a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS First Class with tracking) to ensure the package is delivered safely. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned jewelry, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets all eligibility criteria (Section 1). If approved:
- We will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
- Refunds cover only the original purchase price of the jewelry—original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider (credit card companies, PayPal, etc.—it may take 3–5 additional business days for the refund to post to your account).
If the returned jewelry fails our inspection (e.g., signs of wear, missing packaging, damaged beads/metal), we reserve the right to:

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Jewelry
If you receive jewelry that is damaged in transit, manufacturing defective, or the incorrect item/size (our error), we will resolve the issue at no cost to you—this is the only exception to our return shipping cost policy. To file a claim:
- Notify us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date (per carrier tracking) via email at service@vickiellc.com.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged/defective/incorrect jewelry, its original packaging, and the shipping label (required for carrier claims).
- Do not discard the packaging or damaged jewelry—this may be required for the shipping carrier’s damage investigation.
We will review your claim within 24–48 business hours and offer one of the following resolutions (at your option):
- A full refund (including original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
- A free replacement of the jewelry (we cover all shipping costs for the replacement).
- Store credit for the full purchase price (including shipping costs), valid for 12 months on our Site.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be approved—we cannot verify damage/error after this time frame.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for any jewelry pieces (e.g., size swaps, style swaps). If you wish to receive a different piece of jewelry, you must:
- Return the eligible original piece for a refund (per our return policy, Section 3).
- Place a new order on our website for the jewelry you wish to purchase (once your refund is processed, or immediately—funds will post to your account once the refund is complete).
This policy allows us to process your request quickly and ensure you receive your new jewelry as soon as possible.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped (per our shipping processing time—1–3 business days). To request a cancellation:
